This policy explains how Celesium AI LLC (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit celesium.ai and use CelesiumAI. Celesium AI LLC is located at 6222 Richmond, Suite 170, Houston, Texas 77057.

We collect only what we need to run the service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not share your information for targeted advertising.

This includes what you enter when you create an account, contact us, or use the product, such as your name, organization, email address, and the content you submit. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, organization, email address, the topic you choose, and your message.

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit, our systems receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and IP address. We use this to deliver the site, keep it secure, and fix problems.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We set no cookies and use no browser storage on this site. We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or session-recording tools.

• Resend, for delivering contact form messages to our team by email

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will answer your appeal within 60 days. If you are a Texas resident and are unsatisfied with the result of your appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser as an opt-out request.

9. Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and information is processed and stored here. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. These include the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and on contract where you have an account with us.

10. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. We protect it with encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of a breach as the law requires.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
