Not a workflow and not a department. One repeated call a qualified person makes today, and has to defend later.
Fix the authority.
We identify the controlling rules, versions and effective dates included, and pin them so an answer can point at a specific provision rather than a general impression.
Build the path.
Deterministic rules do the work that should be deterministic. The model does the work that genuinely needs judgment, and never the parts that don't.
Make it checkable.
Every finding carries its citation and its reasoning. Where the platform is uncertain, it says so and declines rather than filling the gap.
